Various data from the system can be exported in .csv format. .Csv format is a standard format for displaying data in table form, but in excel, depending on the version, files either cannot be opened or all data is shown in one column.
If the file cannot be opened, it has to be imported via command Data - Get external data from Text.
If the file opens, but the data is shown in one column, it is necessary to select first column and open Data - Text to Columns.
In window that opens choose the option Delimited
and then choose to separate columns via comma sign
After you finish the import all data will be shown correctly.
