There are specific periods when it becomes necessary to temporarily close room availability or restrict certain rate plans, such as standard or non refundable rates, whether due to renovations, seasonal closures, private events, or strategic business decisions.
Hotel Sync makes this process simple and accurate, allowing users to fully control availability for selected dates.
ℹ️ This guide explains how to close availability or deactivate specific rate plans for a defined period of the year.
Go to Prices & Restrictions
Then choose period you would like to do closure for
Choose restrictions tab and select desired restriction from Restriction drop down menu
and select room type or all room types and choose under 'Stop Sell' to 'Closed' (image below)
Click the submit button once you are finished.
⚠️ Important: All pricing plans that contains this restriction will be affected with this change. You can see connected pricing plans under the chart.
ℹ️ To reopen closed periods everything is the same as per the instruction above just now instead 'Stop Sell : Closed' you choose 'Stop Sell: Opened'.
