What is Omni Channel Inbox

The multi-channel inbox module (Omni-channel inbox) is used so that you can exchange messages directly through our software with guests via Booking, Expedia or Airbnb.

For now, we support guest communication from the following channels:

  • Booking.com

  • Expedia

  • AirBnB

In development are the next channels:

  • WhatsApp Messages

  • Booking Engine Direct Reservations

Where you can see those messages received from the guests?

You can see them listed under Omni channel icon on the left side

  • Or you can find each of them in connected reservations under Messages tab
