How to set up the Zapier connection?

  1. First, you will need a dev token from us.
    You can get one by writing to our email [email protected] with a subject 'Token regarding the Zapier Integration' and write us your username and property ID in the email so we can assign a token for you.

    Property ID can be found when you log in to the dashboard > settings > general > bottom left part of the screen

  2. Go to Zapier and copy this link to get access to the integration:

  3. In the events tab choose if you want to monitor reservations or invoices

4. Fill up the details for the account connection

5. Click TEST and and Continue

6. Next Add a new step named 'Filter' by Zapier

7. Go to Configure&Test and filter like this:

If you wish to receive only invoices put a filter to check if the data type contains the invoice. For reservations put a filter to check if the data type contains reservation.

Also if you wish to monitor only new reservations put actions to check if it contains insert, for modified contains edit and for canceled to check if it contains delete.

Now you are good to go, please connect it with any other app you need.

Note that we connecting information from OTASync Trigger to any app in Zappier you will need to connect the part starting with 'DATA'.

So you will need to add these into your integrations in order for everything o work correctly no matter what the test data is.
