Seam supports hundreds of smart locks, callboxes, and access systems, right out-of-the-box.

It has full integration with HotelSync and next events are supported:
LockCode creation 1 hour before the reservation check-in period automatically or right when the reservation is marked as Arrived or Arrived & Paid
LockCode period validity modification as the reservation is modified (dates)
LockCode deletion once the reservation is marked as Left or automatically once the checkout time & date are past
{LockCode} variable that can be used in the GuestApp and in the Automatic Emails for the Guests with the event
How to activate integration?
Go to Settings > Marketplace > Activate SEAM Integration
Click on the Account Setup button
In the New Tab click ‘Connect New Account’ option
Click Continue
Choose your Lock Provider (example NUKI)
Log in to your Lock Provider
Return to the previous tab and click on the ‘Organize Property Listings’, here you need to map each LOCK with each ROOM that you have on HotelSync
Once you do it SAVE it and you are ready to go
