What reports can I extract from the system?

Currently, in the system, there are 12 basic report categories.

You can see them by clicking on the menu item "Reports" > All categories.

By clicking on each report category independently you can see all the reports that category contains.

  1. The "Invoices" category contains all reports related to invoices (created, fiscalized, non-fiscalized, canceled...) In the financial report you can list fiscalized or non-fiscalized items, while in the VAT report you can view tax amounts and tax rates.

  2. The "Revenue" category is a section where you can monitor revenue by various parameters. You can track revenue by sales channels or by countries where guests come from, as well as by other categories.

  3. Category "Guests". In this category, you can see the status of the guests in the facility, you can extract the report of the Tourist Tax.

  4. The "Manager report" category represents the most complex report, specially adapted for decision-makers. When you select a date range (you can choose the year with which you want to compare the data) and click the Generate button, you will receive a series of data important for planning the business of the property.

  7. Category "Board. This report will help your restaurant staff to organize work and prepare meals more easily, knowing how many people will have which meal on which day.

  8. Category "Price and Availability". In this section, see the prices according to the price plans, the availability of rooms in the corresponding period, as well as the planned number of people who will stay in your property, in the selected period.

  9. The category "Lost and found" serves you to easily track whether some things have been lost or found in your facility. In which room they were lost/found, and that way you can return them to their owner faster and reduce the risk of losing information about found/lost stuff.

  10. Category "Maintenance". In this report, you can track damages or stuff to be fixed and assign them to a repairman, as well as select the status of the maintenance task, whether it has already been assigned to an employee, or whether it has been resolved. With this report, you will have an overview of the maintenance tasks in the building, as well as whether they have been solved or not.

  11. Category "Employee Statis Report". This report allows you to monitor the work of your employees, how many reservations they have made in which period. You can compare them with each other or make a comparison by different periods.

  12. The "Pace report" category is one of the most important graphic indicators for the property management, which you can use to track the pace of booking arrivals.
