Directly form the OTA Sync system, you can send electronic registration of the guests staying in your property.
Electronic guest registration from the OTA Sync system is very simple.
Important: Before the guest registration itself, it is necessary to fill in all the mandatory details about the guest. You can do this by clicking on the guest, then clicking on the edit Guest option and in the newly opened popup, fill in all the fields and save. Then the guest is ready to be registered.
The information required for a successful guest check-in varies from country to country. Be sure to fill in all required fields.
Guest registration itself is done from the reservation window. Click on the desired reservation whose guests you want to register. All entered guests on that reservation will be listed in the "overview" field on the right.
Mark each guest individually or all at once and then click the Submit guests button. After that, the line next to each guest (red in the picture) will turn green if the guest data has been successfully sent to the authorities.
