Revenue Booster finds dates that no guest can book, because the minimum stay is longer than the number of nights available before the next reservation. Once a day it emails you a summary of those blocked dates, so you can lower the minimum stay and capture the booking.
Where to find it
Go to Settings > General > Reservations tab.
The problem it solves
When a reservation sits a few nights after a free period, it can leave dates where only a night or two is available before the guest would have to check out. If your minimum stay is longer than that, no one can book those dates and they stay empty.
On 26/06/2026 only 1 night is available before the next reservation, but the minimum stay is 2. The date cannot be booked.
From 05/07/2026 the available stay shrinks each day (3 nights, then 2, then 1) as the next reservation gets closer, while the minimum stay stays at 5. Every one of those dates is blocked.
Turning it on
In Settings > General > Reservations, set four controls:
Use revenue booster - switch this toggle on.
Start time - the time of day the scan runs, for example 08:00. Revenue Booster checks your calendar once a day at this time.
Restriction plans - select which restriction plans to monitor. Only the plans you choose are scanned.
Additional emails - add anyone else who should receive the report. Your account email always receives it.
Tip: select at least one restriction plan, otherwise there is nothing to scan.
The email you receive
If the scan finds blocked dates, you get an email like this, grouped by restriction plan and room:
Revenue Booster blocked periods
Property: Hotel Luxor
Period: 25/06/2026 - 25/06/2027
Restriction plan: Default restrictions
Double Room with Sea View
From | To | Blocked dates |
26/06/2026 | 26/06/2026 | 26/06/2026: min stay: 2, available stay: 1 |
05/07/2026 | 07/07/2026 | 05/07/2026: min stay: 5, available stay: 3 |
How to read it. Each line shows a date that cannot be booked, the minimum stay required, and the available stay (the nights actually open from that date). To open a date, lower the minimum stay for it to the available stay or fewer nights.
Expected upgrades
For now, Revenue Booster detects blocked dates and emails them to you, and you make the adjustments. Planned for a future release:
Automatic adjustment - the system lowers the minimum stay on blocked dates for you.
Super min stay (a safety floor) - a limit the system will never go below, so you never receive very short bookings you do not want, for example one or two nights.
Activity log - a full record of detected blocked dates and any changes made.
Good to know
The scan runs once a day at the start time you set.
Only the restriction plans you select are scanned.
The report groups blocked dates by restriction plan and room, and covers the period shown at the top of the email.
If you stop receiving emails, check that the toggle is on and at least one restriction plan is selected.
