The credit card details left by the guest or the virtual card details of the online sales channel can be viewed directly in the OTA Sync system, within the booking window, by clicking the "Show CC" button.
Click on the show cc button, opens a window in which you need to enter the password for the main admin account that you use for log into the application.
If you want, you can change this password through All Settings > General Settings > Credit Card Settings. Simply, enter the old password and the password you want to be your new one. If you accidentally forget your credit card password, you can reset it by changing the login password for the main admin account and then resetting the new credit card password.
You can also see the card data through the booking window in the mobile application.
If the reservation is cancelled, the "Show CC" button will remain active, as well as the "Invoice" button for creating an invoice. So you can charge the guest for late cancellation or no-show and charge the given credit card according to the reservation rules.
