To change prices in our system there are multiple options:
Directly in the Calendar is the best way to change price for specific room type and for short periods, by following this manual
Change it in the Prices and Restrictions section by reading the instructions below (preferred for editing prices for multiple rooms/date ranges):
First, go to Prices and Restrictions.
This window is divided into two parts. On the left part you are making the changes, on the right side in the chart you can see all the changes you have made.
How to change prices through prices and restrictions window
Choose the date range (or multiple date ranges) for which you want to apply the price for
Days in the date range
Select Prices tab
Select pricing plan you want to change prices for
Choose variation
Set price - in the field you enter desired price
Decrease EUR - in the field you enter amount in euros for which you want the price to be decreased
Decrease % - in the field you enter amount in percentage for which you want the price to be decreased
Increase % - in the field you enter amount in percentage for which you want the price to be increased
Increase EUR - in the field you enter amount in euros for which you want the price to be increased
⚠️ Do not forget to click submit button when you enter desired changes.
When done with the changes, on the right side you can see a 365 graph view for viewing prices for all room types easily for entire year. Just hover your mouse onto the chart and you will see prices and dates to which those prices apply.
