If you do not have POS device to be able to charge Expedia Virtual Cards which is the easiest way there is an option to send them invoice and get paid to your bank account after 30 days.

To do so follow next steps:
1. Log in to Expedia Partner Central - https://expediapartnercentral.com

2. Go to Your Property and then to section PAYMENTS on the left

3. Then click on option 'Request payment from Expedia Group'

4. Choose Date Range and enter date range for which you have unpaid reservations

5. At the end mark reservations for which you require money, accept with terms & conditions and click on Submit

Everything else will be automatically done by the system and you will receive an email when payment is done. Usually no more than 30 days from the date of issuing invoice.
