All settings and changes related to rooms are made through the section All settings>Rooms/Extras.
The existing room types will be listed in the left part of the screen. If you click on the pencil icon next to each room type, the settings for that room type will open.
Clicking on the pencil icon opens the Edit Room pop-up window.
In that window, you can change the room type, name, short name or add/decrease the number of units belonging to that room type.
If you want to remove a unit, just click on "x" and to add new one, click on "+". To change an existing room number, simply write a new number instead of the current one.
If you scroll the room editing page, below the "+" icon for adding new rooms, there is a part where you can change or add information about the room, such as the maximum number of people, the area of the room, also for each type of room you can tick boxes with contents which are in that room.
In the advanced settings, you can define the minimum and maximum number of adults and children that can be accommodated in the room. You can also check the box next to each option you want to "activate".
At the very end of the room editing window there is a section where you can add/delete or change already added room photos.
When you are done with the settings of each type of room, don't forget to click the "Save" button to save all the changes you have made.
Note: All descriptions, images and changes you make in the room settings will be visible only on the Booking engine, they will not be reflected on other online sales channels.
