How to create new User Access group and to create new user account?

Updated over a week ago

If you have more employees, management, spa area... you need to create a new user account for each user of the system, so that you can monitor the actions of each user in the system at any time through the Change Log

To add user accounts, go to All Settings > Users

On the left side of the window you have the option to create new User access groups, to which you will assign rights. After that, when you create new users, you don't have to assign rights to them individually, but just assign them a user group with already defined rights how to use the system.

On the right side there is a field for adding new users. In both fields, adding new groups or users is done by clicking on the plus icon.

To create a new user access group, click on the blue "plus" icon, when the window opens, enter the name of the user access group and define rights in all categories below.

It is possible to limit each system function to any user by selecting one of the options:

  • Hidden (user will not see anything about that feature in their dashboard)

  • View only (user will only view without input/edit/delete option)

  • View and Entry (User can view and add new entries, but cannot change old details or delete existing ones)

  • Complete access

Once you have created a group, the next step is to create individual users.

Then in the pop-up window you have options to enter username, e-mail* (if you create a user without an e-mail address, that user will not have access to chat), which properties (if you have more than one), room types or even room numbers they will have access to .

Also, you can select the type of user

Choose an access group or select the custom access option, and assign rights to each user individually.

By defining user rights, you have full control over the work of your users in the system and you do not have to worry about unpleasant situations that can occur if each user has the same level of access.

The custom access option opens a series of rights that you need to define for the desired user.

When you have finished defining the rights, do not forget to click Save to save the created user.
