Importing a database from your system is entirely possible and can be done for free if you fulfill its conditions.

We can import:
1. Reservations
2. Companies
3. Guests
4. Extra Services

Reservations are the most complex thing for import therefore we require you to send us .csv (excel) file with all reservations you want us to import BUT for it to be free import please make sure that:
​
1. All dates are in the same format YYYY-MM-DD
2. All Room Types have exactly the same shortcode as it is in our system (for example: DBL should be the same shortcode for Double Room in both .csv file and OTA Sync dashboard)
3. If you want us to import reservations in the specific room number please make sure that this room number exists in OTA Sync in that Room Type

If you successfully created this Excel file please forward it to the email [email protected] with the subject: "Hotel Name Reservations for Free Import"

If you want us to organize Excel file for you this will be charged 500EUR.
