How to choose the language in which the articles in the knowledge base will be listed

When you access the system login page, in the upper right corner there is a button to select the language for using the system.

Just click on one of the offered languages ​​and when you log into the system, all options will be in the selected language.

Whether our support chat with useful and suggested texts will be listed in Serbian or English depends on the choice of language when logging into the application (Serbian or English).

The language you choose when logging into the system means that you will use the system in that language, while in the General Settings section of the profile in the "Default language" field, you choose the language that will be the default for printing documents from the system (reservation confirmations, reservation cards, invoices...)

  • If you want the invoice to be printed not in the default language, but in another one, you can choose the language from the drop-down menu in the invoice itself.

  • When creating a reservation, in the second step you can choose the desired language, in which you will send the reservation confirmation to the guest by e-mail, by clicking on the language from the drop-down menu.

  • The reservation card that you print from the reservation will always be in the default language that you set in the General Settings. If you want to print the reservation card in another language, it is enough to change the setting in the general settings, print the reservation card and then return it to the original desired language, if necessary.
